Raza Munis is a Harvard-trained scientist with over 25 years of experience in medical research, specialising in biochemistry, genetics, and cancer research. In 2019, he transitioned from science to leadership development, co-founding the Institute of Regenerative Leadership with his wife to help individuals and teams reach their full potential. An accredited coach with a Diploma in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing, Bernard became a certified Holistic Management Educator with the Savory Institute in 2023. He now works with farmers and land stewards to restore ecosystem health, strengthen communities, and promote financial resilience. His work aligns with a shared vision: Healthy Soil, Healthy People, Healthy Planet.

Paula Rebelo has been a finance and accounting professional for more than 20 years with a close contact on a personal and professional level with the African diversified people, culture and ways of doing business, especially on the Portuguese speaking countries. Actively and closely working with startups in the agribusiness in Angola, Mozambique where the growing interest for agriculture and fertilization kicked off. Started engaging with Organic fertilizers producers and increasing the knowledge on soil nourishing, bio compost, liquid amendments and ecosystems restoration, by enrolling in the soil food web school soon to be a certified Soil Food Web consultant. Living now as an active regenerative individual by doing the work that has to be done, actively creating the future and nurturing our planet and the people she meets along the way focusing her activities for the sake of future generations.

Barb Howard is a leadership development professional and co-founder of the Institute of Regenerative Leadership, headquartered in Perth, Western Australia. With over 30 years of experience in agriculture and community development, she is passionate about empowering individuals and teams to create lasting, positive change. Through her expertise in holistic management and coaching, Barb helps leaders embrace regenerative practices that foster resilience, collaboration, and sustainability. Known for her engaging facilitation style, she supports participants to align their values with actionable goals, driving both personal and professional growth. Her work is dedicated to cultivating leadership that regenerates landscapes and communities alike.

Sultanat Zehra is a dedicated Institutional Development Counsellor at the AgriAid Foundation, Uganda, where she plays a pivotal role in fostering sustainable agricultural practices and empowering rural communities. Passionate about women’s empowerment and equality, she works tirelessly to create opportunities for village farmers, particularly women, by promoting regenerative agriculture and sustainable farming techniques. With a strong commitment to soil health and environmental sustainability, Sultanat strives to bridge institutional gaps and develop programs that uplift marginalized farmers, ensuring long-term food security and economic resilience. Her expertise in teaching & counselling contribute to a more equitable and sustainable future for agriculture in Uganda
